This selection contains our own Middlefield Swiss Cheese, Colby Longhorn, Co Jack, Gouda, Butter Cheese, Monterey Jack, Muenster, Yellow Cheddar, Brick and Smoked Cheddar. To complement your cheese, we have included a 12oz. Summer Sausage, two boxes of Carr's Crackers, an 8 oz. jar of mustard, assorted chocolates and even a cheese shaver to serve your cheese.
