Taste of Middlefield

Middlefield's Baby Swiss Wins Best of Class!
March 10, 2011 - Middlefield's Baby Swiss Cheese won 'Best of Class' at the 2011 United States Championship Cheese Contest. Richard Shipman was the cheesemaker.

June 9, 2010 - Busloads of tourists stream into Middlefield Cheese’s spacious retail store year-round, stopping briefly in the attached first-floor museum. Tiny replica buldings in a display cases get progressively larger and more elaborate and tell the 54-year history of the Middlefield Cheese factory and retail store.
