At Middlefield Cheese House, we specialize in providing you with the best possible service. Choose any one of our fine selection of gift boxes, and we'll be happy to substitute our special assortment of cheeses, meats, mustards, jellies, preserves, jams, honey, and maple syrup for any of the items listed.

We'll be sure to include a gift card as well!

Middlefield Cheese House also offers cheese trays, special bulk orders, and custom slicing. Please phone or write for a quotation. We want your orders to arrive safely and on time, so you must allow us at least 20 working days for gift boxes, and 48 hours for cheese trays.
